Thorsten brings extensive experience from the broadcast and event technology sector. As a wireless camera and RF specialist, he supported major international events including the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Beijing, and Paris. These environments demand absolute reliability — stable radio links under high-load conditions with zero tolerance for failure.
 

Thorsten has already been deployed with Spreenauten at this year’s Berlinale, supporting the communications infrastructure across festival venues. Dynamic event environments clearly demonstrate the importance of resilient radio systems, clean configurations, and structured technical processes.
 

He is particularly experienced with the Motorola R7 Premium radios — the new flagship device in the DMR segment. From programming and optimization to adapting systems for complex operational environments, Thorsten combines practical field experience with deep technical expertise.
 

In addition to his broadcast background, he brings strong capabilities in network and communications technology as well as technical project leadership. This combination is critical when building scalable radio infrastructure, deploying complex installations, and delivering properly documented, high-performance system architectures.
